This preset is called Real Estate. It was created to be used on images of Real Estates, hence the name. This preset can make your images into HDR photos with less noise so that it would be attractive to the eyes of the clients resulting to possible increase in sales. But if you’re not into Real Estate, this preset can also be used in scenic shots of the nature.
