Hey Guys!! Macky here lol, is it vblogging? no! Ok Let’s start. Below is the Statistics of Mt. Sawi and it’s HISTORY, i will explain why it’s called MT. SAWI and also to clarify one thing.

BACKGROUND
Mt. Sawi in Gabaldon, located in the foothills of the Sierra Madre – Mt. Sawi’s full name is Mt. Sawing Balete, after a tragic suicide in a balete tree near the peak. But in line with the ‘hugot’ zeitgeist of the times, Mt. Sawi stuck. This easy hike offers expansive views of the plains of Central Luzon all the way to Mt. Arayat; on the other side lie the Sierra Madre, for which it can be a jumpoff point, leading to longer hikes. Indeed, standing on top of its peak, it would seem to the hiker that Mt. Sawi is just the beginning.
I highlighted “Mt. Sawing Balete, after a tragic suicide in a balete tree near the peak” why? because it’s not true, no tragic suicide happens there, it must be Mt. Sawing Balete and no more side stories, i asked our guide why it’s called like that, he said it’s because of that dead balete tree so that’s it, no tragic suicide on this mountain, is it clear?? Yes!
We drove miles just to get here, and when we arrived in Gabaldon the rain is pouring down AYOS!! my friends said are we going to continue this adventure, i said of course yes! no worries we’re not going to die.
when we arrived sa Brgy. Malinao, we thought to buy kapote first, you know just to protect some stuff, after buying nag drive na ako papuntang jump off with my friends and our guide, yes kasama na namin yung guide kasi They’re my friend’s relatives in Gabaldon (ninakaw namin sila sa bahay nila).
Nag start na kami mag treking syempre we need to be careful kasi madulas and it may cause severe damage (damage saan?) sa BALAKANG PO! look at their rain coat is it amazing?
After 1 hr of treking so far so good wala pa namang nadudulas, malalakas yung mga kasama ko, magigilas pero of course we need to be careful i don’t want them to be hurt (kasi sawi na sila sa pagibig eh, ipag pray ko pa ba na madulas sila? of course not), so we made it sa SIMBAHANG BATO, nag pray sila dun na sana mag ka shota sila, syempre di mawawala ang sangkatutak na picture. They love it so much.
After nito back na sa treking and madami na kaming nakakasalubong na pababa na at puro putek ang butt part, alam na kung ano mangyayari sigurado may madudulas. So patuloy kaming naglakad, syempre sa sobrang ganda ng ng tanawin dimo maiiwasang magpa picture or pichuran muna yung scenery, pero real quick lang dapat wag mag tagal taking pictures.
as we get closer sa summit paganda ng paganda yung view , tapos umuulan pa kaya very dramatic talaga, maiisip mo na kaagad yung EX mo na sana ok lang sya, na sana iniisip ka din nya, tapos iiyak ka na din kasabay ng pagiyak ng ulan, tapos tatanungin ka ng kasama mo, “umiiyak ka ba?” tapos isasagot mo “di ah patak lang yan ng ulan tapos smile”. (Di pa pala maka move on)
At last! we made it, nakarating na din kami sa summit, nilasap muna namin yung napagandang view, tapos ng snaks kami pang alis gutom. Pakilala ko din sa inyo yung center of attraction, papagandahin ko sya kasi SPECIAL sya eh, lahat nag papa picture sa kanya, very popular sya talaga. Let’s welcome Mrs. BALETE, Damn! those curves so sexy!! <3

After picture taking, balik na sa ibaba ang while going down, natupad din panagarap ko na may madulas not once but trice hahaha umpisa palang yun na talaga goal ko na makita hehe ito yung short clip video para dyan hehe.
Nung nakababa na kami we just change our clothes and buy some slippers then we go to Demi’s Kitchenette to eat, after we eat pumunta kami sa dingalan as sidetrip para maligo sa Tanawan Falls para ma refresh na din.
Kailangan mo pang mag lakad ulit ng 30mins para makapunta sa falls, worth it naman yung pag lalakad, kasi maganda yung falls.
After nito umuwi na kami and dala ang masayang experience 🙂
